SMILE!

I engulf my subjects in the things around them. Leaves no room to think and it’s comfortable. I include the monstera in my work because they hug the characters I create. They are stagnant, but so charismatic. So lively, yet inanimate. They bring so much color and positivity to the room. Monstera plants serve as what they call in movies “comedic relief”. Not so literally, but in the same way that comedic relief provides a refresher, so does the monstera.
